Gyula Zilahy

Gyula Zilahy was a Hungarian stage and film actor. He codirected several films with Alexander Korda in 19141915 including Kordas first film Watchhouse in the Carpathians.

Gyula Zilahy was born as Gyula Balogh on January 22, 1859, in Zilah and his career began in 1876. From 1880 to 1884 he worked in ClujNapoca, then in Debrecen , Szeged .
